I think All of most used char of mine are affected after recent few patches.
It's so annoying when Inquisitor got "Consecration" bug (no damage, no enhanced Holy Burst & Grand Cross) 2 or 3 times consecutively, Bcz that's the only Main Skill that so important for Inquisitor. Also some of skills doesn't dealt damage.
And another chars has the same problem but most used chars only in the list below, so, I haven't tested them all.

Happen sometimes after lag spike, the connection returned to normal but some of my skills deals no damage for around 10seconds
