Update 95 level reward bugged

on the website theres a reward for all the achievment on the pics..
but on the game no mather what kind of char i make...
the reward is NOT GIVEN..

if this is bugged can u please fix it??
if its not implemented then can u please post an update about this matter??
try to post on WEBSITE okay...
not giving random IN GAME chat announcement

so EVERYONE can read it..
