Lost awakening quest and now cannot awaken character

I accidetally closed my awakening quest when it popped up and now i cannot find it again. I am now lvl 93 with no awakening skills. Help me get the quest back.
Can anyone help?
I have searched the quest tabs and looked for the NPC none of them showed the awakening quest and now I feel that i cannot do anything with my character.
How do i get the quest back?
