EX Cooldowns and 95 upper body

Please fixed warriors EX cooldowns. its not working properly

also, why is the 95 upper body armor enchantment hp bonus so low is it a bug or is it intended to be that low? +15 medea armor with 5k hp enchancement bonus ???

how come it is intended? lower body has much hp than upper body? if its intended they should balance all eq? but no only upper body has super low hp enchancement hp bonus

The stats are balanced, Upper/Lower body receives more attack, rest pieces more HP.
