Unable to drag and drop skills in the quick bar.

Well, it's been more than 5 days now and still no word from Dragon Nest Support after submitting a ticket. I am unable to drag and drop skills for this particular character. I am able to normally drag and drop skills with my other characters however. I logged in again, and yup, still can't drag and drop skills to quick bar with this character.

Attached is a zoomed in image of me trying to drop that skill in slot 1 to no effect.

When pressing | to change quickslot bar or shift to wield weapon you don't notice any change? Give me the name of the character.

Sorry for the late reply. The bug disappeared after I decided to just enter a dungeon and leave. Tab somehow started working again to wield weapon. Thank you for your reply.
