Unable to sort inventory and storage items.

Dear DN,

I am writing at this forum due to being unable to report it in 1:1 Inquiry "Submission Failed. Please Contact Administrator".

I have a problem with my character. IGN: Xzil33

*Unable to sort inventory
*Unable to remove item from storage (Desert Dragon Wrath & Scale) with error message "Item Error"
*There will always be a phantom slot (an empty slot which cant be filled or replaced item) in my character inventory.
