Help me transfer!!

I need help! Every time I'm transferring my account from CC to Eyedentity I'm getting an error message. I tried using different web browsers. I even tried using both my security pin and my email but still the same.

PLEASE HELP ME GUYS! I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK

Clear cookies and cache, try using the same email as your CC account, and lastly if you already logged in the game with the account you are trying to transfer to, it won't work. You can't overwrite existing data even if no character was created, so you will have to make a new account.

If these don't work send a ticket to support.
