Duplicate login and Disconnected from server

I was playing fine yesterday but suddenly dced. When i tried to login in again it said duplicate login but after pressing ok and logging in again it works. All is fine until i get to a portal to go into a dungeon, it then says disconnected from server. HELP!!

if you suspect someone login in you account change your password asap.
