Lag issues still happening, need answers

It isn't very annoying for characters on the starting dungeons but get really laggy when I reach saint haven. Even if I entered a server with [Normal] rating, it still lags. It really annoys me and its making my gameplay experience so far really bad.

It's normal for your fps to drop to the 20-30s in town when there's alot players around.
Mind sharing your spec?

Its not the fps issue, I am experiencing lag as in delays in dungeons. I have no issues while in town. Also I am doing solo dungeons all the way.

What I mean is when I reached Saint Haven level, the dungeons there start to have delays, before that everything was fine.
