My account was suppose to get RH before the Maintenance

My account was supposed to have filled the criteria of RH before the maintenance but it was not available after I tried to log in after the maintenance. Please help me in this issue.

Returning Hero has been canned (not sure if temporary or not) due to abuse of the feature.
