Try manual patch, if can't then reinstall.

Which download method you used? It's better if you use 7zip to unpack the download because other software throws that error often.

If this isn't your problem then run as administrator

If that doesn't work, run the vcredist_x86.exe inside the game folder

Tried downloading the torrent file. It doesn't work also. Done downloading the zip file. Will try to use this one since you suggested it guys.
