As stated in the title, I would like to know if it's still possible to redeem my old account and unlocked it and transfer here since I want to return to DN again and for some reason I cant unlocked my old account no matter what I do, so i will really appreciate it if anyone can help me here. thanks a lot.

What do you mean with unlock account?
It would be better if you send a ticket to support -
I mean my account from cherry credits has been locked and I want to transfer it here but since it was locked i can't transfer it, so is there a way to unlock it back?
