Very Long Black Screen and Duplicate Login

My friends and I had a very long black screen when loading a dungeon and got disconnected after waiting for a long time, we try to reconnect and encounter this duplicate login thingy. This problem happen only recently, so it might be the issue on the server side, and no it is not Windows 10 Falls Creators Update fault as I have updated my computer for over a month ago without any issues.

edit: not a dungeon but every dungeon we try to enter, really killing the mood though

This issue has been reported in many other similar thread. Perhaps you should check them first before making a new post?

As of now, no solution or explanation was given by ED in regard to this problem.

I posted the similar one in In-Game Bug section, but it seems it doesn't catch too much attention compared to the later in General Discussion by others. lel

since they don't give a f, it is better to remind them that their server have problem and they need to fix this fast. and the more people complaining about this the better.
