I just filed a complain regarding lost items/equips last November 2 and its been a MONTH and 18 DAYS of waiting before they come up to an investigation and reason out that it was sold to TH. Those items were Legend ice dragon and some legend accessories like genesis ring. Its funny because they should know that legend items like ice dragon cannot be sold to TH. If they were referring only to accessories, they should mention it to there message. They just said that we hope this clarify my inquiry. But how about my armors? zzzzzz.... After all that I've been waiting.. So poor reasoning and fallacies.

Seems like you've been hacked in cold blood. Your Gene Access were sold and your Armor were simply we'll thrown out (deez hackers add insult to injury).
Most of the times, ED (or CC in that matter) doesn't/wouldn't recover lost items due to hacking. There's the chance that they sold your Armors to the NPCs, so better check that out.

As someone who got hacked once, they made me alot of questions (like date when acc was created, igns, last time i top up, etc) to prove that i was the right owner, and then asked me a copy of a cyber crime's police report (idk how is this called in english tbh, but i think u understood) to then recover my itens. It was when i gave up from it.
In other words, they wont recover ur stuff unless u wait days/weeks until they reply and ask u a bunch of stupid questions, sorry.Last edited by Nkruma; 12-20-2017, 04:22 PM.

I don't think so dude, there were other valuable items and golds around 45k still at my inventory. Hackers suppose to steal it too and dished out my +12 greedy weaps. Aside, I'm playing only at home and not by a chance for a key logger.Comment
