Seems the problem solved by itself, at 5:30am GMT +8

seems like the black screen is RNG now tough luck if u encounter it in ur playing time. i encounter it in my 2nd doing daily task about 3:00 AM GMT +8.

Seems like it e.e I did 1 run LCE without blackscreen and the 2nd one got blackscreen

Guys, it often happens to me too, in DQ, PVP, and Wonderful Theme Park as well.

The only solution for it is to.... wait longer until it disappears.


The only cons for it is...

People must be patient and wait for you to load, or else they'll leave.

It's a known issue but I don't really known how it's being handled from their end
