Cant sort items and cant get items at storage

I can't even replace my heraldries and talismans and it costs me gold even tho it wasn't replacing at all.

Do note that you should only use non-stackable items ( e.g. Jades and Level Up box based from your screenshot) so you won't get the "Item Error" message.
