stuck after logging in

After two long years, I finally got some free time. so I redownloaded the game and made a new account. I used to play on this laptop too. Yesterday, I downloaded and played on EU as Machina but decided to play on SEA like I used to. I did not encounter any problem there. But after downloading SEA one, it got stuck on character creation page. So, I deleted everything, even the dragon nest folder in my documents and redownloaded everything. but still facing the same problem. I really want to play here.... I would really appreciate any help.

These just seem like a bunch of graphical issues that should get fixed after you reinstall but you say you already did that. Can you tell me what client version this claims to be?
