Hi I am LordDennis from Heroines guild, and a former Guild master of that guild... This is a problem of my guildmate friend who is on a vacation.
Problem: He cannot Reset for a new password even though he finished all requirements. Even after putting the New password and Confirm password , his password still invalid. Now his account was locked do to his many incorrect log-ins.
Here is the story:
1) He changed password, but forgot new the password.
2) He reset his password verification email came, clicked on the link, complete the info and wait for 24 hours, still the password is invalid.
3) His account locked due to many incorrect log-ins.
4) Trying to log in in the website says incorrect log-n info.
Eyedentity can you see whats the problem here. To the public, do you have similar situation like this? Thanks . This are the screenshots.
