Missing levelling achievement box

As subject mentioned can someone have a look into this matter?
No Levelling achievement box for my Moonlord IGN - T3mpl4r
Multiple ticket has been logged, however it just got closed off automatically.
I found the 1:1 enquiry is useless, as it does not resolve the issue and full with automated reply.

This bug usually happens on very old accounts /characters (~2011-12). Is your character full of Cash Item?
If it doesn't have that much cash items and/or gears, I highly advise to just delete it and create a new one instead of waiting for response from ED.

Yeah... created since OBT ..... geared with Calaypse..... LOL
