I have this problem too where i cant open the launcher, it says unable to load patch config list,i dont know how to fix this but can someone help me with this issue? i have been trying to log in but still can't

I already did, but sadly still Error i did that internet explorer procedure but still cant, i dont know maybe ill just try again later i hope i can log in thnx for the respond anyway (y) i appreciated it.
