after the aniversary patch august whenever i go through the portal i will always get disconnected.

Around 4pm today, my friend was doing Themepark daily quest (Reckless Umrack), then the connection disconnected for around 2min. He had to force closed my DN client to exit to window dekstop. The moment the wifi came online, he was told by login screen "Duplicate login, Please try again later". Even with restart pc and wifi, it doesnt work for him. And his char appear to be still in Dungeon when view status from other player. Thanks alot for your help.

UI error inside gts i cant even press esc so i close the program in task manager then after re log in it says "duplicate log in pls try again later" i try many times but its not working. i can still pm my character in my another account GM pls help

I am not sure about the exact time, but i think it is around 8:30 pm-10:00 pm wednesday night Sepember 5, 2018. I am doing Chiron Nest, then suddenly i got DC at Final stage, and when i try to re-log in my account it stated, Duplicate Log in, then i try to wait a few minutes, then i re-try, but still Duplicate Log in. And i keep on re-trying to Log in my account every 15 minutes until 2 hours pass but still i cant log in, always stated Duplicate Log in, While my Friends and Guild mates message me trough facebook and said my Character is still on Chiron Nest and the day pass until now its been 2 days since this issue happen, i still cant log in my account still have this Duplicate Log in issue, and my character is still on Chiron Nest. I hope that you can fix this issue as soon as possible. Thanks you.

Disconnected during GDN run and could not relogin due to duplicate login.

EDIT: Fixed and able to login after 4 hours
