ps: last login is this artillery, while pvp, my friend (opponent has dc), i plan to go change character screen rather than waiting there without any respond, but it fail, black screen, so i force stopped it, then I never able to access my account anymore, keep showing duplicate login, start from 12 November 2018. quickly fix it, how to compensate my loss, saint haven defence, daily task , trading house ticket!

i'm problem my account stuck 3days button click many time fix can't open error duplicate login yesterday on 5/1 7pm+ night when entry portal stage in AFK online again dced black screen loading cannot open bugger does't work restart in game error duplicate login 24hour? please fix soon!

Disconnected while doing daily quest at "Phantom Forest Core" Dungeon, Chiron Island gate. Afterwards, while reconnecting, "it said duplicate login, please try again shortly". This issue was there since yesterday around 10-11 am until now still cant log in. Thank you for your consideration.
