Problem: Ever since January, portal DC's and duplicate log-ins. Never got resolved even after patches? You guys really dont care for connection issues even though the minority only gets the issue? It's been not a month, but a few months already. ED, get it together. You're workplace is not a playground.

Problem: duplicate log in and always gets disconnected every time I choose a channel and entering portal.

is there any news regarding this issue? I managed to log-in 2 days ago and everything works fine, and then DN crashed (mass DC) and then im back to square one again. I've sent an inquiry ticket but still no answer until now.

my IGN and country is on 2nd previous post. Thanks in advance.


EDIT: Works fine yesterday evening till last night (2 AM, April 3rd),
I tried DQ just now (13:55PM, April 3rd) and I got stuck on DQ portal again.

Now I'm back to my previous problem @_@.

  appears. This cycle is so annoying and i think no one is caring about it coz few experience it but i am still hoping this will get fixed.

Just tried to log in right after today's maintenance (April, 10th 2018). Still not fixed yet.

I got disconnected everytime I go through a portal, or accepting a party that is outside town, or even entering LCE.
Then when i relog, it says duplicate log in

I always encounter this portal dc's but yesterday i didn't and i manage to play the whole day. But now its back again please fix this issue we want play properly.

I played yesterday without dc for a whole day and now the problem is back but now is worse than the previous problem because i really cant enter portals or do exploration. From previous dc problem, i can get through after some time but know i just cant enter any portals. I think i tried 20 times literally losing hope now. Rewards from surprise event is going to waste
