Problem : Duplicate Login on 16th June 2019 21:15. Whole party and everything on screen suddenly stopped moving and cannot do anything, everyone was in Forest Dragon Nest Dragon Stage (Stage 4). Cannot login due to Duplicate Login notification whenever trying to login

Please fix ASAP, and compensate our wasted resources as Goddess' Blessing Muffin and Bloody Matador Rose

Problem: Duplicate log in unable to log back in to the game I was trying to level up this sub character of mine when I suddenly notice the the PING is in RED so I decided to go back to character screen then it's all black and I forced disconnect the game via task manager, I tried to log back in but then I can no longer log in due to DUPLICATE LOG-IN ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAY, I can still PM my sub using other characters
