SAME CRAPPY THING OVER AGAIN NEW IP POLICY is useless

It started when they changed the IP thingy. Now I cant play PVP. It always disconnects me in certain number of rounds and whenever I try to reconnect, it says duplicate log-in. Just trying my luck to see if any mod would see this.
