Game fails to run upon pressing 'START' in dnlauncher.exe

Good day to all of you,

I need a solution or maybe the technicians could just release a patch for this issue.
I have HP Notebook 15 ba019ax
Windows 10 Home Insider Preview Build 17074
Total memory: 4.00 GB
Processor name: AMD A10-9600P RADEON R5, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G
AMD RADEON R7 Dedicated GPU

The issue is when I press 'START' in the launcher, the game window doesn't even show.
I tried looking up at the task manager to check if DragonNest.exe is launching, I can see the game running but only in a three or a couple of seconds then it goes nothing.
I even tried to use different wi-fi in my home and in school and it shows the same result.

It has been a long time since I played and I miss playing DNSEA, I just need a few times to relax and enjoy playing but it seems it won't work for me yet :/
Please help me with this or leave a solution for this particular issue. Thanks

I believe I had this problem as well a few months back. Try changing the resolution in the game launcher then pressing start, that seemed to work for me.

" has an compatibility issue with XIGNCODE.

Thus, the XIGNCODE will not launch and crash leading to Dragon Nest not working.


The only solution is to rollback to a stable version OR the RTM release version

AS OF NOW, there are 0 Solutions I can find in the internet. If anybody using the latest insider build found and found a solution, please do SHARE.
