Account block after maintenance with no reason

After maintenance in 3/6/2018, my account have being block and dont know why, i ask my friend and he have same problem, i play Dragon Nest very long time like 6 years and this the first time i was blocked with no reason, hope is kinda bug and plz, GM fix this fast !!! I already sent a report 1:1 inquire
