Error while transfering account

Hi gues
i left this game since 4 years and since 2 days i managed to back to this beuti game .
as u know i have to transfer my account in order to be able to play
but i faced an error while confirming my email adress in Eyedentity ... ((Currently your entered e-mail have difficulty receiving verification e-mail. Please enter other e-mail with different domain. Thank you.))
but at the same time i cannot complete the transfer if i entered another email ..
i have tried every thing i can .. watching youtupe videos .. sea some forums .. but not worked .
im realy done right now .

Just use other email domain.
i.e ure using yahoo and u get that error then try to use gmail or hotmail

the problem is that my gmail account is mhdesmailkanaan (not ismailkanaan) ... any way i tried what u sayed but it didnt work (error verification email)
