I cant reset my 2nd password

I cant reset the 2nd password of my account. After clicking the link sent to my email, it always says "Verification Failed" or redirect me to https://sea.dragonnest.com/news/pages/9. Tried clearing cache and cookies, even tried to my other accounts, restart internet and change computer. Still the same

I'm having the same problem. The verification email gets sent but when you click the link it just returns you to the update patch notes. Can anyone help us with this?

Me too.... i only had a single account... and i cant RESET my 2nd PASS... this is the ONLY game im playin'.. Please HELP!!

same problem. Hope the GM TEAM or the ADMINS can AT LEAST RESPOND with a HINT OF A RESOLUTION. UGH.
