Disconnected after creating Bleed Phantom Character

Hi!

I always get disconnected after i start connected to the game with my Bleed Phantom. Other characters are okay to start but with my Bleed Phantom, can't seem to start the game. Client is always disconnecting before loading into the tutorial. Need help on this ASAP

UPDATE:

tried with my other characters. When leaving town and stepping into portals i ALWAYS get disconnected.

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP.

My problem is the same as this. But on my situation. I can't use all my characters because of getting disconnected
