My game hangs up

My game hangs up after the pre game cut scene, it won't proceed to the log in page? what's wrong with my game?

Is it right after you press ESC? If yes then most probably the game DC during loading and it is common for it to hang for 1-2 minutes, and will goes to login page with the "Disconnected to server" message.

yeah it happens after i press ESC but i thought it got something to do with it so i tried again and waited for the whole pre game cutscene to get done but then after it's over it doesn't go to the log in screen

True..and whenever character screen comes up and chose a character den she stuck up...

if lucky gets thru...den no world chat...

if more luck gets thru with world chat but if go to portal then DC..

please fix..
