I have posted this topic several times, I also sent a ticket and sent a private message to the admin/moderators in this forum but they don't have any response. I am resetting my 2nd password for a week now. I hope they can fix this issue as soon as possible. Please don't ignore this technical issue. Thank you very much. Ticket number is 364068 and I still got now reply. I have tried resetting network, restarting pc, tried on mobile, clearing cache & cookies even the history, even on other device with different network, also tried on different browser but I still get the same "Verification Failed" error.
