Unable to Login - Error 1001

Hi guys,

I'm seriously at my wits end regarding this issue, I tried to register to the SEA site and was able to do so without any issues, but when I tried to login to the game, it keeps on returning error 1001 (ID and Password does not match).

My email looks like this (derflinger15@gmail.com)
- Tried to login using derflinger15 > Failed
- Tried to login using the whole email > Failed
- Tried to change password then login > Failed
- I'm located in SEA, but I tried to register to NA server as well using the URL : (http://us.dragonnest.com/member/Account/SignUp) > Error 8
- Dunno if it's related or not (Probably the censor in the password, but whatever password I change it to, it always show 10 censored characters)
- I attached some SS of the errors, any help would be greatly appreciated

Maybe you're typing the wrong password.

Try this.
Type your email and password in a Notepad.
Change your password by copy-pasting the password from Notepad. Make sure there's no space after the word.
Login by copy-pasting your username (email) and password from Notepad.

Update :

I was able to create a NA account with VPN, and was able to login, but I was trying to play the SEA server... Is it possible that the client I have downloaded is for NA and not for SEA?
