ID and Password do not match (1001)

Hello guys

i need help, i tried logging in countless times but still get this message, changed passwords countless times even changed my email.
i tried logging in on the official website it works, but somehow logging in game does not.

If you just transferred, the user account is often your email address.

IDONTKNOWANYMORE Hey mate, I was having the same issue as well, I was able to fix it by registering to the US server (https://us.dragonnest.com/member/Account/SignUp), I was trying to play the SEA one but you can probably try this one as a workaround, for some reason it just wont accept the account I created from the SEA server.

Login template looks like this (When logging in game)

ID : <email used to login to the US Server Site>
Password : <Password used to login to US Server site>

Weird cause i already transferred my account a long time ago and i also asked my friend to login my account on his computer and it worked but for some odd reason mine wont.
