Have you considered the possibilities of it being out of stock?
People only need 5k CC to be eligible for the event so there's an influx of purchase for it.
the list of CC only shows the 30k cc. I think it got bugged when they did inventory on their sales today. It was mentioned after i bought the cc that I cant purchase right now cause they are doing inventory. But after a couple of hours they removed the 5k cc option
