  • Your website is not secure

Hi, Dragon Nest SEA Technical Team.

Are you going to make your website secure or you're just gonna wait until Chrome tells your visitors that your website isn't secure? Mind you, Google Chrome is making a move to tell your visitors that websites that do not use HTTPS are not secure (https://www.theverge.com/2018/2/8/16...encryption-ssl). Mozilla Firefox already did it, and some players who are security-savvy won't even bother visit NON SECURE/HTTP ONLY sites lol

People who are accessing via mobile are having issues when viewing websites especially when they click a link from facebook (via the app) and it just tells them this

Mmm I'm not sure what to say. Not seeing this o PC nor mobile.
Could it be an issue with the isp?

it says my connection to the site is not secure, but i can easily visit the site without getting informed by google that the site is malicious nor dangerous to visit, but i do think that its not without risk of all my credentials typed in within the website is safe and could be stolen

If you receive a link via messenger then it asks you to go to Dragon Nest SEA's website, it will open a new browser, nope, it's not chrome. It's built-in browser by Facebook and/or Messenger, then the dialog above (as stated in the screenshot on the first post) will be shown.

It happens with wireless ISPs in the Philippines, to be specific, even when you try accessing them via malls like SM Megamall, you can't access https://sea.dragonnest.com, and it redirects you to the router-specific ip address for some weird reason. For sure, the reason behind it is the security.
