Can't send a ticket

I have the same issue. Everytime I submit the ticket it says submission failed. Contact administrator. What is my other option?

Err the thread about your issue is literally just below yours. Had you tried all the solutions proposed in the thread?
You might post your situation in the thread as well. Spamming threads with similar topic/issues wont get you anywhere.
