Old Account Transfer

Hi, is it still available for me to transfer my Old account. I just decided to play Dragon Nest Sea again but i tried to login my old accounts i cannot login. Please tell me how to recover my old accounts. I have full info's on them.

Unfortunately, no. The last day of account transfer was on the 15th of April. The notice was posted in their main game page.

Everything has presumably been wiped to free server space for the new Cherry Credits games.
