Email activation issue

Having issue in my friend newly created account. It seems like he cannot see any activation link from his email. Hope someone will help us out.
Also, we cannot see another request button for releasing email activation. If there is please tell us.

Contact them using the "Contact us" button in the lower right corner of this forum. Tell them that the activation link wasn't sent to him (btw, this is for forum account right?)
