Game crash after changing character

Let me list the porblems I have.
1-Game crash after I change character.
2-Game dont save my resolustion. ( I use 1360X768)
3-Game keep minmiz every time when I change back to desktop.

I'm using a laptop Acer Predator G3-571
16GM Ram
Win10 64bit.
Things I have didi:
Reinstal GPU driver
Reinstal the game
play in windows mod didnot help

My laptop has 2 GPU GTX 1060 and intel 630.
I have try to disable and play around them did not work.

Did this start happening after the latest window 10 update?

Yes and after the one drive stopped working that happens. Although I removed the update but I think since the one drive is not working I cant play,

Uhg there are a lot of users experiencing issues with the reset Windows update.
Unfortunately Windows 10 is sometimes the Devil just like that. Dragon Nest isn't the only software experiencing issues. I'm afraid we will have to wait until a future Windows update addresses the current OS issues (which are many) or until the devs figure something. You may wanna try using compatibility mode or worst case scenario a roll back.

I'm sorry but besides that I'm at this point clueless about what to recommend. I'm one of the lucky users whose software didn't break after the recent update.
