Game not starting after clicking START

I don't know what's the cause of this it was working fine before, all I did was restart my computer and then this happen, I tried launching it a few times and its kinda odd because normally it should show the "Client is already running" message but after I click start and immediately clicking the launcher icon it just pops up the launcher, Any solutions to this?

btw I don't know if this would help but before this happened I got a XIGNCODE error, I forgot what kind of XIGNCODE error it was, but maybe it might be linked to the problem I have now.

Help does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried Run as Administrator, reinstalling but none of them worked... please help I think its the XIGN thingy it normally should show up but it doesn't after I click START, I just don't know how to fix it

I had the same problem after signcode error too
