Eye Credit not credited after payment

I bought 5000 Eye Credit using PayPal yesterday and confirmed purchase with my bank. After the transaction window, it stated some kind of an error occurred and sorry for the inconvenience and has deducted my money. No Eye Credit has been credited into my account. I have attached a photo regarding my payment. I hope it is resolved quickly since I have a discount coupon lasting only 3 days.

I tried submitting a ticket regarding this matter but it stated that
'Submission Failed. Please contact administrator.'
