Login Issues [ID and Password do not match (1001)]

Hello Technical Support!

I invited my friend to play Dragon Nest SEA with me and so he did. He made an account and verified it with no problems at all however when he tried to log in in-game, he got this error "ID and Password do no not match [1001]" so he slowly tried typing in his log in information yet no success at all. We restarted his computer and double checked if he verified his account yet it still didn't work. We tried testing his account on my computer and it worked fine so now we are wondering what the problem is.

Most probably he downloaded DN NA instead, check the launcher version whether it is Ver.3XX for DNSEA, or Ver. 6XX for DN NA

I already gave him the website on where to download DN SEA, his SEA account even worked when I tried using it on MY computer but the problem is it's not working for his computer when he tries to log in. We both have the same version too.
