FPS issue after July patch

DN runned smoothly before today.
now I can only reach maximum PEAK of 25 fps by idling in the most quite corner of Saint Heaven. 16 inside the GTS. and 4~ 7 FPS in gustcry MN mechanic.
I checked my fps with FR*PS.
During the check, my CPU 20%, Memory on 70%, and disk usage were smooth with maximum of 30% during alt tab lag.
The process usage power were the same even when i close FR*APS
And I dont think background process is the issue as I always manually disable unnecesary background process

Updated my graphic driver too

can run other, supposedly more heavy game like ov*rwa**h and B*O with 50~60 fps

My specs is Win 8.1
Intel Core i5-52000U @ 2.20GHz
RAM 4GB
win 64
NVIDIA 820M
free space on disk 60gb

Didn't notice any difference on my end.
Overwatch is very easy to run + it's optimized.
I don't play BDO but if it's so called "heavy game", you're probably running lowest settings on 720p to hit 60 FPS on that laptop.

If you really experience those kind of FPS then it's literally unplayable, let's see if there are others in the same situation as you.

I'm using the same specs win10 15063 no hotfix with max graphics 20-30 fps DQ.

How old is your laptop maybe you have to clean it.

Another thing add your ram.
