Can I still transfer my account?

So I still have access to my cherrycredits account and e-mail from my old dragon nest account. However, whenever I register an account here with that same e-mail, it couldn't be used (it's a yahoo email). So I register with another email, but whenever I try to click on the transfer link using this account, it goes to a 'page not found' page. How do I go about with this problem? Thanks!

If you are talking about transferring old accounts, then it's useless. The transfer period has been long due.
