I reported a hacking incident on my account on 1:1 inquire. I managed to retrieve my account from the hacker but now I can't play because of the ticket I submitted.
Cherry gardener replied "To ensure that the request is made by the account owner, we will require you to provide us with an image of your identification document (NRIC, birth certificate, driver's license, student pass, etc.) taken in front of your computer screen clearly showing its details and current date/time for verification before we could assist further. Please state your date of birth if not specified in your identification document.
Include your Account's email address (prior to the compromise) and IGN (Dragon Nest character name) in the reply. We will proceed to assist once verification is complete."
I already did it and submitted my Driver's License Card image in front of my laptop showing the current date and time when the picture is taken. It's been 4 days now and still suspended. What proofs do i need to submit to them to unfreeze my account? I thought my Driver's License card would suffice.
