    1:1 doesnt work

    anyone out there can help me for this problem? please guys i need you. someone hacked my account and i create a ticket for make a report and this is what i got. please guys

    perhaps:
    1. you have to log in to the site first,
    2. use email address other than yahoo.

      Yes, got to login first..
      however, you got to wait 1~2 days for them to reply (in my case).. could wait longer though

      also, yahoo's mail works

    Directly log ticket via their customer service website could be faster.
