EU was one of the restricted.. because you have your own local DN server (DN EU?)
well, they don't want to upset their fellow DN-Hoster.. got to cooperate with the playerbase

I have the same problem and I have been playing Dn for years and I have donated a lot i was logging in today and got the same message about ip. I was Gonna calim the dnp from the cc donation event.... Will we europé ppl not be able to play on the server anymore?! Otherwise they have to come up with some compensation...

this will don't be fixed cuz they already announced that IP BLOCK occurs on november 1st, this only occurs in countries where is an DN server like EU, Korea, China Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, USA, and if this still; Vietnam, so if u wnat still play DN SEA, use an VPN, or play in the server more closes to your country
