I am unable to deal any sort of damage to nest and dungeon monsters.

I am able to enter nest and dungeons, hence my friends have been assisting me with DQs, but not being able to deal any damage means that i am essentially a burden on any team i join.
I am unsure as to why this happen, there was a thread about this but it seems to be a year ago and many it seems to be bot ban due to third party software. I am also pretty sure that i did not do anything that violates the DN code and i am 100% sure that i have never used any third party software for DN.
Please get this fixed ASAP.
