Topup Button missing?

I went to the Dragon Nest Eyedentity homepage now to try topping up EyeCash.
however, the EyeCash Topup button is missing? The only thing that is in there is the topup button for EYET.
Can we even topup via EyeCash right now?

Eye cash top up has been removed last month, you can only top up Eye T thru cherry credit now. The notice for the change in top up system was in Notice section for weeks. it must have been moved to NEWS section.

I noticed that I cannot buy items in cash shop using a combination of both Eyecash (from before) and Cash (from cherrycredits). Is there a way to spend those Eyecash other than those in the Cash Shop? Can I convert them to Cash? Unfortunately, my remaining Eyecash (6k-ish) is not that big for me to buy the things that I want

You can purchase cherry credits topup via credit card. I'm not exactly sure if eyec and eyet are merged together. Probably the latter.
